A FuzionDev Company

CI/CD & Release Automation

From code change
to a confident release.

Build, test and deploy with a consistent process. Put quality gates, approvals and rollback procedures between a code change and production.

The starting point

Make good releases repeatable.

When deployments depend on manual steps or one person’s knowledge, every release carries avoidable uncertainty. We help make the route to production clear, repeatable and easier for your team to own.

What we work towards

  • A documented route from a reviewed code change to production
  • Build and test checks that stop unsuitable changes before deployment
  • Release and rollback procedures your team can practise and maintain

What we work on

Clear scope.
Reviewable changes.

We shape the engagement around your environment and agree the priorities before implementation.

Build & test pipelines

Automate agreed checks, dependency installation and application builds, with failures visible before release.

Environment promotion

Define how a tested release moves through development, staging and production without rebuilding different artefacts at each step.

Release approvals

Connect branch rules, protected environments and approval points to the people responsible for production.

Configuration & secrets

Separate environment configuration from source code and scope deployment credentials to the access they need.

Deployment & rollback

Implement the deployment approach suited to your application, then document health checks and a practical rollback path.

Team handover

Explain pipeline ownership, common failure modes and maintenance tasks so the workflow remains useful after delivery.

How we deliver

Understand. Implement. Hand over.

Work happens alongside your team, with agreed access, change approvals and a shared definition of completion.

  1. 01

    Trace a real release

Review repositories, environments and the current deployment steps with the engineers who use them.

  2. 02

    Build the agreed workflow

Implement the pipeline in reviewable changes and validate it in a suitable non-production environment.

  3. 03

    Rehearse & hand over

Check a successful release, a failed check and the agreed recovery procedure before production adoption.

A useful fit for

Does this sound like your team?

  • A product team deploying manually or inconsistently
  • A growing team that needs shared release ownership
  • An agency handing a production application to its client

Agreed from the start

Responsibilities and boundaries

We agree the repositories, environments and checks included before work begins. Application test coverage, major application rewrites and ongoing release cover are scoped separately. Production changes follow agreed approvals and recovery arrangements; no deployment approach eliminates all release risk.

Scope, pricing and delivery phases are agreed after an initial conversation.
