Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

Infrastructure your team
can understand and evolve.

Design, migrate and improve cloud environments around your application. Keep infrastructure reproducible, understandable and ready to evolve.

The starting point

A stronger foundation for your product.

Cloud environments become difficult to change when decisions live in consoles, dependencies are unclear and costs are hard to explain. We turn the agreed architecture into reproducible infrastructure with clear ownership.

What we work towards

  • A documented architecture shaped around your application and constraints
  • Reviewable infrastructure configuration and clearer environment ownership
  • Visibility into capacity, dependencies and the main drivers of cloud spend

What we work on

Clear scope.
Reviewable changes.

We shape the engagement around your environment and agree the priorities before implementation.

Architecture & dependencies

Map application components, data flows and operational requirements before choosing or changing services.

Networking & access

Define network boundaries, routing and access paths around the systems and people that need to connect.

Infrastructure as code

Represent agreed infrastructure in version-controlled configuration, with state handling and change review documented.

Application hosting

Set up the agreed container or application runtime, including configuration, health checks and deployment integration.

Data & storage planning

Review database and storage dependencies, retention, backups and migration requirements alongside application owners.

Capacity & cost visibility

Make resource usage and cost ownership visible, then identify practical changes based on observed demand.

How we deliver

Understand. Implement. Hand over.

Work happens alongside your team, with agreed access, change approvals and a shared definition of completion.

  1. 01

    Agree the target

Review the current environment, application needs, budget constraints and any migration dependencies.

  2. 02

    Build & validate

Create the agreed infrastructure through reviewable changes and test connectivity, configuration and operational checks.

  3. 03

    Transition with a plan

For a migration, agree cutover, data checks and rollback arrangements, then document the resulting environment.

A useful fit for

Does this sound like your team?

  • A product moving from an early setup to a more structured cloud environment
  • A team needing reproducible staging and production infrastructure
  • An existing cloud estate with unclear ownership or growing complexity

Agreed from the start

Responsibilities and boundaries

Cloud provider charges remain separate from our engineering scope. We agree migration responsibilities, data handling and any maintenance window before making changes. Cost savings, uninterrupted migrations and capacity targets depend on the application and evidence gathered during scoping.

Scope, pricing and delivery phases are agreed after an initial conversation.
