A FuzionDev Company

Monitoring & Production Reliability

Understand production.
Respond with context.

Connect monitoring, logs and alerts to the health of your product. Give your team useful visibility and a clearer response when something goes wrong.

The starting point

See the signals. Act with context.

More dashboards do not help if the team cannot tell what is failing, who should respond or how to recover. We connect useful production signals to practical response and recovery procedures.

What we work towards

  • A clearer view of application health and the dependencies that affect it
  • Alerts with an agreed owner, useful context and a next action
  • Documented response and recovery procedures, with agreed checks exercised

What we work on

Clear scope.
Reviewable changes.

We shape the engagement around your environment and agree the priorities before implementation.

Service health signals

Identify the availability, latency, errors and resource signals that explain the health of your product.

Logs & error tracking

Connect relevant logs and application errors so engineers can investigate an issue across the agreed components.

Actionable alerting

Review thresholds, routing and noise, with clear ownership and context for the alerts your team receives.

Incident runbooks

Document likely failure modes, first checks, escalation paths and recovery actions with the people who operate the service.

Backup & restore checks

Review backup coverage and exercise agreed restore procedures in a suitable environment, recording the result and any gaps.

Reliability priorities

Use incidents and observed behaviour to prioritise improvements, with service objectives agreed where appropriate.

How we deliver

Understand. Implement. Hand over.

Work happens alongside your team, with agreed access, change approvals and a shared definition of completion.

  1. 01

    Define what matters

Map critical user journeys, dependencies, known incidents and the response responsibilities already in place.

  2. 02

    Connect signals to action

Implement the agreed monitoring and alerts, then write the runbooks that support each response.

  3. 03

    Exercise & refine

Validate alert delivery and agreed recovery scenarios, recording limitations and the next improvements to make.

A useful fit for

Does this sound like your team?

  • A live product where customers report failures before the team sees them
  • Engineers dealing with noisy alerts or scattered logs
  • A business that needs evidence its backup and recovery procedures work

Agreed from the start

Responsibilities and boundaries

We agree monitoring coverage, retention and third-party costs during scoping. Implementation does not include 24/7 monitoring, on-call cover or a guaranteed response time. Recovery objectives and ongoing support responsibilities must be explicitly agreed for your environment.

Scope, pricing and delivery phases are agreed after an initial conversation.

Talk through your priorities
